Domestic Purchases
We accept all major credit cards via Pay Pal - you don't need to have a Pay Pal account to make purchases. Please note that you will be briefly taken out of this site while you pay for your order at PayPal. You will then be redirected back to this site after your payment has been made. You will also receive an order confirmation email from us. We don't accept money orders or checks

International Purchases
We do accept international orders.

Shipping
Once payment has been confirmed through PayPal, all orders are packaged and shipped within 5 business days. We ship original framed art work via Priority Mail with 'confirmation of delivery' and insurance. All other orders are shipped through USPS - First Class mail. We do not have any control or way to track your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. We are also not responsible for additional postage to re-ship the order if the package has been returned to us for any reason.

Refunds
We hope that you enjoy your purchase. We cannot offer refunds but we are glad to exchange. Email us within three days of receiving your order at artist@xtalart.com to discuss the details. We are not responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items.
